It just so happens that my favorite coffee these days is Gorilla Coffee, a newish micro-roastery bean sent to us in Winnipeg by our Brooklyn friend J.F. It’s fully awesome—bold, tough, and fresh yet somehow gentle, just like Brooklyn itself.
